We care about offering the best service to our customers. You can easily return the product if there is any defect.
Our representatives are available in case the product is defective—just contact customer service within 3 days maximum from the date of receipt.
Return Conditions
We offer a return policy that allows you to return the product within 3 days of receiving it. Please note the following conditions must be met for the return to be successful:

The product packaging must be intact and not damaged in any way.
Who bears the return cost?
If the product is defective or different from what you ordered, the company will cover the return and shipping costs.

It must not have been used, and the packaging must be sealed and intact.
How can I get a refund?

If the payment was made by credit card, the amount will be refunded to the same card used.
Please note it may take up to 10 business days for the amount to appear in your bank account from the date the refund is processed. -
If the payment was made by bank transfer, we will contact you to collect your bank details and process the transfer.
